Joel A. Lindgren – VP of Brokerage Operations

 

Joel was born and raised in Helena, MT on the eastern front of the Rocky Mountains. He spent countless childhood hours roaming the hills and valleys of Montana’s wilderness on foot and mountain bike learning the value of endurance and how to navigate through difficult situations. Growing up, his interests included hiking, downhill skiing, cross country skiing, backpacking, snowshoeing, backpacking, mountain biking, canoeing, white water rafting, music and travel. Joel graduated from Helena High School with a GPA of 3.98 and left Montana to compete on the US National Mountain Bike Racing Team of which he was a member for two years.  

 

After Joel hung up his cycling shorts he headed to Dallas, TX, to college and also spent a year teaching music, guitar and bass at a two year college in Dallas, TX.  While in Texas, he met Lavi and they married and moved to Arizona. Upon arriving in Phoenix, Joel began working for Honeywell. He worked there for three years in facilities management learning how to quantify and track building performance according to various models until he began his career in real estate. Joel began studying real estate, investing and finance in earnest at this point and also became a real estate agent.  

 

Joel became a broker shortly thereafter and he and Lavi opened Pruven Real Estate and Investment, LLC the same year. With a focus on investor representation they have made a name for themselves throughout the region and continue to be a top producing brokerage in many areas of the current market. With several hundred REO sales under his belt as well as 40-50 short sales per month, Joel has led Pruven to be one of the top producing distressed property listing agencies in the State of Arizona. Joel is also involved in local real estate investment groups where he is a member, speaker and teacher.  

 

Joel and Lavi live in Glendale with their three young children, two dogs and one fish.  He still enjoys many outdoor activities including hiking, hunting and exploring the out of the way places of Arizona. He is also a black belt in Tae Soo Do and a yellow sash in Hwa Rang Do. He continues to be active in the local and regional real estate markets as Pruven expands its reach to new areas of the market.
